#### 85 The Reserve Bank’s seal (1) All courts, judges and persons acting judicially shall take judicial notice of the seal of the Bank affixed to a document and shall presume that it was duly affixed. (2) The Bank’s seal is to be kept in such custody as the Governance Board directs, and is not to be used except as authorised by the Governance Board.
