#### 28 Capital The capital of the Bank for the purposes of this Part shall be the aggregate of: (a) the capital of the former Commonwealth Bank of Australia for the purposes of Part V of the Commonwealth Bank Act 1945 immediately before the commencement of this Act; and (b) such other sums as are transferred from the Reserve Bank Reserve Fund in pursuance of section 29.
