#### 25K Resignation A member of the Payments System Board (other than the Governor) may resign the member’s appointment by giving a written resignation to: (a) if the member is the Bank’s PSB member—the Governor; or (b) if the member is the member referred to in paragraph 25A(c)—APRA; or (c) if the member is an external Payments System Board member—the Treasurer.
