28 Notification of variation, suspension or revocation of a general licence
(1) If the NHMRC Licensing Committee varies, suspends or revokes a general licence, the Committee must notify: (a) the licence holder; and (b) the HREC and the relevant State body to which the NHMRC Licensing Committee notified its decision on the application for the licence under section 22. (2) The NHMRC Licensing Committee must also notify the bodies mentioned in paragraph (1)(b) if a general licence is surrendered.
