26 Suspension or revocation of a general licence
(1) The NHMRC Licensing Committee may, by notice in writing given to the licence holder, suspend or revoke a general licence if the Committee believes on reasonable grounds that a condition of the licence has been breached. (2) If a licence holder is convicted of an offence under this Act or the Prohibition of Human Cloning Act 2002, the NHMRC Licensing Committee must, by notice in writing given to the licence holder, revoke each general licence held by the licence holder.
