14 Functions of Committee
The functions of the NHMRC Licensing Committee are: (a) to perform functions in relation to general licences under Division 4; and (aa) to perform functions in relation to mitochondrial donation licences under Division 4A; and (b) to perform functions in relation to databases under section 29; and (c) to perform such other functions as are conferred on it by this Act or any other law.
