#### 9 No resale royalty right on certain works There is no resale royalty right on the commercial resale of: (a) a building, or a drawing, plan or model for a building; or (b) a circuit layout within the meaning of the Circuit Layouts Act 1989; or (c) a manuscript (in whatever form) of a literary, dramatic or musical work.
