#### 52 Additional effect of Act Without limiting its effect apart from this section, this Act also has the effect it would have if its operation were expressly confined to: (a) giving effect to the International Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works concluded at Berne on 9 September 1886 as revised from time to time; or (b) matters external to Australia; or (c) matters of international concern.
