32. Fees not payable in some circumstances
- The fees payable under paragraphs 26, 27, 28 or 29, may not be payable to a Community Pharmacist where that person does not satisfy the requirements of paragraph 18 and supplies Pharmaceutical Benefits to an ineligible person.
