31. Other Fees — notified rates
- Where a Pharmaceutical Benefit is provided which is not covered by paragraphs 26, 27 or 28, payment is to be made in accordance with such conditions and at such rates as the Department or the Commission from time to time notifies (including any rate in force at the commencement of this Instrument).
