9 Affected employees to be offered continuing employment in comparable jobs
The Parliament intends that the Commonwealth should do its best to negotiate an agreement under which: (a) all the affected employees are to receive offers of continuing employment from the State or authorities of the State before the staff transfer day; and (b) as many as possible of those offers are to be offers of comparable jobs.
