#### 758 Rendering of animal by‑products (1) The rendering of animal by‑products is the chemical and physical transformation of raw livestock‑derived animal material into processed animal protein meal with a moisture content that does not exceed 10% by weight and tallow with a moisture content that does not exceed 4% by weight. > Note: Examples of processed animal protein meal include meat and bone meal, dried blood meal and feather meal.
