#### 673 Electricity baseline for product The electricity baseline for calculating the amount of a liable entity’s exemption in respect of the production of synthetic rutile is 0.304 MWh per tonne of synthetic rutile that: (a) has a titanium dioxide (TiO2) concentration equal to or greater than 88% and less than 95.5%; and (b) has an iron (Fe) concentration greater than 0.5%; and (c) is produced by carrying on the emissions‑intensive trade‑exposed activity; and (d) is of saleable quality. > Note: Saleable quality is defined in regulation 22C.
