#### 623 Integrated production of lead and zinc (1) The integrated production of lead and zinc is the chemical transformation of either or both of: (a) concentrated mineralised lead compounds, with or without additional lead‑bearing secondary materials; and (b) concentrated mineralised zinc compounds, with or without additional zinc‑bearing secondary materials; to produce: (c) lead metal (Pb) with a concentration of lead equal to or greater than 99.97%; and (ca) lead metal (Pb) with a concentration of lead of at least 99.5% but less than 99.97%; and (d) zinc in fume (Zn) with a concentration of zinc equal to or greater than 60%. (2) The integrated production of lead and zinc is specified as an emissions‑intensive trade‑exposed activity.
