#### 57 Amendments made by the Energy Legislation Amendment (Information Requirements) Regulations 2023 The amendments of this instrument made by Schedule 1 to the Energy Legislation Amendment (Information Requirements) Regulations 2023 (the amending instrument) apply in relation to: (a) an application under subsection 30K(1) or 30M(1) of the Act made after the commencement of the amending instrument; or (b) the transfer of a small‑scale technology certificate after the commencement of the amending instrument.
