#### 50 Amendments made by the Clean Energy Legislation Amendment (2014 Measures No. 1) Regulation 2014 The amendments of these Regulations made by items 16 and 17 of Schedule 1 to the Clean Energy Legislation Amendment (2014 Measures No. 1) Regulation 2014 apply in relation to the following applications for the issue of exemption certificates in respect of the production of coal char: (a) an application made, but not finally determined, before the commencement of this regulation; (b) an application made on or after the commencement of this regulation.
