#### 38 Consent (1) Before obtaining the consent of an occupier for paragraph 37(2)(b), the inspector must inform the occupier that he or she may refuse consent. (2) An entry of an inspector by virtue of the consent of the occupier is not lawful unless the occupier voluntarily consented to the entry.
