#### 36 Inspector must not have conflict of interest A person commits an offence if: (a) the person is an inspector; and (b) the person conducts an inspection of a small generation unit under this Part; and (c) at the time of the inspection, the person: (i) is not independent of the person or organisation who designed and/or installed the small generation unit; or (ii) has a conflict of interest in relation to the small generation unit or administration of the matters being inspected. Penalty: 5 penalty units.
