#### 27 Identity cards for authorised officers For subsection 108(1) of the Act, an identity card must include: (a) the signature of the authorised officer; and (b) the name and office of the authorised officer; and (c) the date the card expires; and (d) any other information that may be necessary to indicate that the officer is authorised to exercise powers or to perform functions under the Act.
