22ZHD Notice of certifiable amount
As soon as practicable after a certifiable amount is determined in accordance with the method specified or described in an exemption certificate, the Regulator must give written notice of the amount: (a) to the applicant for the certificate; and (b) if the applicant consents to the Regulator doing so—to the liable entity to which the certificate relates.
