22ZHB When electricity is consumed in carrying on an activity
For the purposes of this Division, electricity is only consumed in carrying on an emissions‑intensive trade‑exposed activity if: (a) every aspect of the activity as described in Schedule 6 is carried on at the site; or (b) aspects of the activity are carried on at different sites and all of those sites together constitute an activity group within the meaning of subregulation 22A(9).
