#### 20L Owner may request Regulator to withdraw small‑scale technology certificates (1) The registered owner of a small‑scale technology certificate on the clearing house transfer list may, in writing, request the Regulator to withdraw the certificate from the clearing house. (2) The request must be made by electronic communication to the Regulator. (3) The electronic communication must be in the form specified by the Regulator.
