#### 46F Disclosure of information to the Regulator Scope (1) This section applies to information obtained under section 46D. Disclosure (2) The Minister may disclose the information to the Regulator for the purposes of, or in connection with, the performance of the functions, or the exercise of the powers, of the Regulator under this Act and the regulations. Other powers of disclosure not limited (3) This section does not, by implication, limit the Minister’s powers to disclose the information to a person other than the Regulator.
