#### 45E Fees for surrender of certificates under this Subdivision (1) The regulations may prescribe the fee payable for the surrender of a certificate under this Subdivision. (2) If a liable entity is given a notice under section 44A, 45, 45A or 45C advising the entity of the fee payable in respect of the surrender of certificates, the liable entity must pay the fee within the period of 28 days beginning on the day the entity receives the notice. (3) If the fee specified in the notice is unpaid at the end of that period of 28 days, it is a debt due to the Commonwealth and is recoverable by the Regulator in a court of competent jurisdiction.
