#### 38AB Small‑scale technology shortfall charge payable by liable entity (1) If a liable entity has a small‑scale technology shortfall for a year, small‑scale technology shortfall charge is payable in respect of the shortfall. (2) Small‑scale technology shortfall charge imposed in respect of a liable entity’s small‑scale technology shortfall for a year is payable by the liable entity. > Note: Small‑scale technology shortfall charge is imposed by the Renewable Energy (Electricity) (Small‑scale Technology Shortfall Charge) Act 2010.
