#### 30M Application for purchase of certificate through the clearing house (1) Subject to subsection (2), a person may apply to the Regulator to purchase a small‑scale technology certificate. (2) The regulations may provide that certain persons are not entitled (either generally or in particular circumstances) to make an application. (3) An application must: (a) be in writing; and (b) be in a form approved, in writing, by the Regulator; and (c) be accompanied by the GST inclusive clearing house price; and (d) be accompanied by any fee required by the regulations.
