#### 29 Retirement of certificates (1) Where a certificate is surrendered under section 28A, Subdivision A of Division 1 of Part 5, or section 95, the certificate ceases to be valid. (2) When a certificate ceases to be valid, the Regulator must alter the entry relating to the certificate in the register of certificates to show that the certificate is no longer valid.
