#### 28A Registered owner may surrender certificate The registered owner of a certificate may surrender the certificate to the Regulator under this section. > Note 1: The name of the current registered owner of each certificate is in the register of large‑scale generation certificates or the register of small‑scale technology certificates (as appropriate). > Note 2: Certificates can also be surrendered: (a) under Subdivision A of Division 1 of Part 5; or (b) if they are large‑scale generation certificates—under section 95.
