20AAmending electricity generation returns

#### 20A Amending electricity generation returns (1) The Regulator may amend an electricity generation return if the nominated person for the accredited power station concerned requests, in writing, an amendment within 12 months of the return being given. (2) The Regulator may also amend an electricity generation return on his or her own initiative if the amendment is made within 4 years of the return being given. (3) If the Regulator refuses to amend an electricity generation return upon a request by a nominated person for an accredited power station, the Regulator must notify the person accordingly.
