#### 154A Definitions (1) In this Division: > Court means: (a) the Federal Court; or (b) the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2); or (c) the Supreme Court of a State or Territory; or (d) a District Court or County Court of a State. (2) The jurisdiction conferred by this Division on the Supreme Court of a Territory is conferred to the extent that the Constitution permits.
