#### 141AA Contents of register of small‑scale technology certificates The register of small‑scale technology certificates is to contain: (a) the unique identification code of each valid small‑scale technology certificate; and (b) the year in which the certificate was created; and (c) if the certificate was created otherwise than by the Regulator under section 30P: (i) the name of the person who created the certificate; and (ii) a statement that the certificate was created in relation to a solar water heater other than an air source heat pump water heater, or that it was created in relation to an air source heat pump water heater, or that it was created in relation to a small generation unit (as appropriate); and (d) if the certificate was created by the Regulator under section 30P—a statement to that effect; and (e) the name of the current registered owner, and each previous registered owner, of each certificate; and (f) any other information that the Regulator considers appropriate.
