16 Payment of travel expenses and travel allowance
(1) If an office holder travels on official business which requires an overnight absence, travel expenses are to be met, and travel allowance is to be paid, in accordance with this Part. Day travel (2) No travel allowance is payable for travel on official business that does not require an overnight absence.
