37 Special provisions—alternative and additional remuneration for Part 4 office holders

(1) If column 3 of Table 4A mentions this subsection in relation to an office mentioned in column 1, the minimum annual payment to the holder of the office is an amount that is 10 times the daily fee mentioned in column 2 in relation to the office. (2) If column 3 of Table 4A mentions this subsection in relation to an office mentioned in column 1, the holder of the office is entitled to an annual payment of $27,750 in addition to the daily fee mentioned in column 2 in relation to the office.
