PART 3 - CONDITIONS OF OFFICIAL TRAVEL

Official Travel Determination: Determination 2016/07: Official Travel by Office Holders (or any Determination that supersedes Determination 2016/07), applies to offices covered by this Determination, subject to any exclusions or limitations in this Determination.
1. Travel tier for specified offices: An office holder whose office is specified in the schedules to this Determination is entitled to travelling allowance under Determination 2016/07 (or any Determination that supersedes Determination 2016/07), at the Travel Tier rate specified in the relevant Schedule for that office.
2. Travel tier for offices not specified: An office holder whose fee has been determined under Clause 8 is entitled to travelling allowance under Determination 2016/07 at the Travel Tier 2 rate (or any Determination that supersedes Determination 2016/07).
