PART 3 - CONDITIONS OF OFFICIAL TRAVEL
- Official Travel Determination: Determination 2015/11: Official Travel by Office Holders applies to offices covered by this Determination, subject to any exclusions or limitations in this Determination.
- Travel tier for specified offices: An office holder whose office is specified in the schedules to this Determination is entitled to travelling allowance under Determination 2015/11 at the Travel Tier rate specified in the relevant Schedule for that office.
- Travel tier for offices not specified: An office holder whose fee has been determined under Clause 8 is entitled to travelling allowance under Determination 2015/11 at the Travel Tier 2 rate.
