Official Travel Determination: Determination 2013/16: (as amended) Official Travel by Office Holders (or any Determination that supersedes 2013/16) applies to offices covered by this Determination, subject to any exclusions or limitations in this Determination.
Travel tier for specified offices: An office holder whose office is specified in the schedules to this Determination is entitled to travelling allowance under Determination 2013/16 at the Travel Tier rate specified in the relevant Schedule for that office (or any Determination that supersedes 2013/16).
Travel tier for offices not specified: An office holder whose fee has been determined under Clause 8 is entitled to travelling allowance under Determination 2013/16 (as amended) at the Travel Tier 2 rate, (or any Determination that supersedes 2013/16).
