Annual fees
- Conditions of payment of annual fees: The annual fees set out in Table E3 are payable on a periodic basis throughout each year. Part years are paid on a proportionate basis. The annual fee covers all activities undertaken by the office holder in performing the duties of their office.
- Lengthy absence: The annual fee is proportionally reduced where an office holder is unavailable to perform the duties of their office for a period of more than three months, except to the extent that a reduction would be inconsistent with the terms of the office holder's appointment.
Travel Tier
- Office holders are entitled to Tier 2 travel.
