- General provisions relating to Table C2:
- Remuneration for an office holder is at the rate specified in the appropriate column opposite the office/authority. Where there is an additional condition that applies to a specified office, a sub-clause is listed in Column 5. The additional sub-clauses are set out immediately following the Table.
- Rates are effective from 1 March 2014 unless otherwise specified.
