PART 6 – COMPENSATION FOR EARLY LOSS OF OFFICE
- Compensation for early loss of office for an Office Holder will be in accordance with the provisions of Determination 2012/10: Compensation for Loss of Office for Holders of Public Office.
- Where an Office Holder serves the full term of appointment, no entitlement to payment under this part arises.
