57Variation and setting aside of orders

### 57 Variation and setting aside of orders > If, on the application of a person in respect of whom an order referred to in [section 40](#GS40@EN) or [47](#GS47@EN) is made, a court is satisfied that – > > > > (a) there has been a miscarriage of justice because of fraud, duress, suppression of evidence, the giving of false evidence or any other circumstances; or > > > > > (b) it is impracticable for the order or part of the order to be carried out; or > > > > > (c) a person failed to carry out an obligation imposed on the person by the order – > > the court may vary or set aside the order and make another order in substitution for the order set aside.
