### 43 Deferment of order
> If a court is of the opinion that a partner, in respect of the property of whom an order is made under [section 40](#GS40@EN) , is likely to become entitled to property that may be applied in satisfaction of the order, the court may defer the operation of the order until the date or the occurrence of an event specified in the order.
