16Relevant court

#### 16 Relevant court A court is a relevant court in relation to a matter that arises because of: (a) the exercise of powers by a person under this Part to determine: (i) whether a provision subject to monitoring under this Part has been, or is being, complied with; or (ii) whether information subject to monitoring under this Part is correct; or (iii) a matter subject to monitoring under this Part; or (b) the exercise of powers, or the performance of functions or duties, under this Part that are incidental to the powers mentioned in paragraph (a); if an Act provides that the court is a relevant court in relation to that provision, information or matter for the purposes of this Part.
