Tasmania act
This Act implements a set of technical amendments to the Registration to Work with Vulnerable People Act 2013 by incorporating those changes into the authorised version of that principal Act and comes into force on the day it receives Royal Assent. It affects people who work with vulnerable people, their employers and the regulator by changing the statutory text they must follow. The Act is temporary: it is repealed automatically one year after commencement.

This Act may be cited as the Registration to Work with Vulnerable People Amendment Act 2025 .
