#### 99 Existing managers 99 Existing managers > A person who, immediately before the repeal of section 34A of this Act by Schedule 2 to the amending Act, was a person appointed under that section as the manager (or to act as the manager) of any premises of a registered club is, on that repeal, taken to have been appointed as the manager of those premises under section 66 of the [Liquor Act 2007](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2007-090).
