#### 92 Definitions 92 Definitions > In this Part— > > amending Act means the [Miscellaneous Acts (Casino, Liquor and Gaming) Amendment Act 2007](/view/html/repealed/current/act-2007-092). > > former Board means the Liquor Administration Board constituted by section 72 of the former Liquor Act. > > former Court means the Licensing Court constituted under the former Liquor Act. > > Note. > > The Licensing Court is abolished on the repeal of Part 2 of the former Liquor Act—see clause 23 of Schedule 1 to the [Liquor Act 2007](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2007-090). > > former Liquor Act means the [Liquor Act 1982](/view/html/repealed/current/act-1982-147) as in force immediately before its repeal by the [Liquor Act 2007](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2007-090). > > relevant date means the date on which section 9 of this Act is repealed by the amending Act.
