#### 91 Pending applications for club amalgamations 91 Pending applications for club amalgamations > Subject to the regulations, the amendments made by the [Registered Clubs Amendment Act 2006](/view/html/repealed/current/act-2006-103) to Division 1A of Part 2 do not apply to or in respect of an application under section 17A that was made (but not granted) before the commencement of those amendments and any such application is to be heard and determined as if those amendments had not been made.
