#### 68 Increase in time limit for taking proceedings for certain offences 68 Increase in time limit for taking proceedings for certain offences > The amendment made to section 65 by the [Liquor and Registered Clubs Legislation Amendment (Enforcement) Act 1996](/view/pdf/asmade/act-1996-42) extends to apply in respect of an act or omission giving rise to proceedings for an offence referred to in the Table to that section that occurred within 12 months before that amendment commenced.
