32 Registered club to have only one secretary
> > (1) A registered club must at any time have one, but not more than one, secretary who is to be the chief executive officer of the club.
> >
> > Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.

> > (2) The maximum number of secretaries of a registered club is declared to be an excluded matter for the purposes of section 5F of the [Corporations Act 2001](http://www.legislation.gov.au/) of the Commonwealth in relation to section 204A of that Act.

> > This subsection ensures that section 204A ((Minimum number of secretaries) of the [Corporations Act 2001](http://www.legislation.gov.au/) of the Commonwealth will not apply in relation to the matter referred to in the subsection. Section 5F of the [Corporations Act 2001](http://www.legislation.gov.au/) of the Commonwealth provides that if a State law declares a matter to be an excluded matter in relation to a specified provision of that Act, then that provision will not apply in relation to that matter in the State concerned.
