#### 29 General 29 General > > (1) If anything done or commenced under a provision repealed or amended by the 1993 Act could have been done or commenced under a provision of this Act if the amendments made by the 1993 Act had been in force when the thing was done or commenced, it is taken to have been done or commenced under this Act as amended by the 1993 Act. > > > (2) This Part has effect in addition to, and does not derogate from, section 30 of the [Interpretation Act 1987](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1987-015).
