#### 21 Existing profits, benefits and advantages 21 Existing profits, benefits and advantages > Any person (including a registered club) may, after the amendment of section 10 (1) (j) by the 1993 Act, continue to derive any profit, benefit or advantage to which the person was lawfully entitled immediately before that amendment.
